Kenindia Assurance Company Limited invites proposals from qualified and experienced Human Resource Consultancy firms to undertake a comprehensive Job Evaluation, Job Analysis, and Salary Benchmarking exercise.
The objective of the assignment is to review and evaluate all job roles across the organization, develop competency-based job descriptions, establish an equitable grading structure, benchmark remuneration against relevant market comparators, and design a sustainable compensation framework aligned with industry best practices and applicable labour laws.
Interested firms should submit their proposals electronically to [email protected] with the subject line "RFP No. JEJASB/001/04/2026 – Job Evaluation, Job Analysis and Salary Benchmarking Services". Proposals must be received no later than June 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM EAT.
Any requests for clarification should be submitted in writing no later than June 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM EAT to [email protected].
